Great work on a great base. I'd love the opportunity to paint one too as this is a set I haven't played with yet.

Love your product. I have a big Ork force based with the Wasteland bases and I just love them.

Thanks for posting this!

I painted the model for an awesome "oath" style miniature painting thread on the SA forums:

http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3257636

Basically its a year long process of painting certain whfb/wh4k models per month, using a point system.

It has a ton of rad prizes to win, including generous prizes from dragonforge bases, paintvagrant.com, Games Workshop, etc.

Its a lot of fun, and you can take part at any time. Join up and get your armies painted!

Your products are inspiring, I would love a chance to get to work with some before I invest in enough for an entire army...

Great mini on a superb base, what a sweet combo!

Excellent base theme for the Eldar!

Lots of bright colors and nearly an excess of bells and whistles, but I guess that's par for the course with Eldar.

The paintjob on the base alone is incredible, though.

I've been using your Lost Empires bases to do my Malifaux army, and actually won a painting contest at the last tournament I went to with this guy.

Great work.

What a great piece to showcase your base! How come I didn't know about your blog before? Saw the link on Facebook.

I love your work Jeff. You come highly recommended from the guys at 40K Fight Club near Detroit.

Amazing work, even if some of the design choices (a yin/yang symbol? really?) are slightly suspect.

Really inspiring stuff.

Nifty bases you've got there. At first I thought they were Tau-themed, so I skipped commenting, but then I realize that they're perfect for an exodite Eldar force.

Great stuff you've got there...

Big fan of that powersword!

I'm not a fanatic of the eldar design but the base is pretty cool.

Awesome mini, awesome base, not much more to say other than that really!

Great paintjob. It really shows off how lovely the Dragonforge bases are.

Also, seconding the SA Oath thread Brian linked, it's a great inspirational/motivational helper... With prizes

This is a very nice base indeed...

the Eldar really fits in with the Lost Empire set...nice!!!
i use your bases on most of my minis, Jeff, and always throw one in for free with my commission work...the customers have never complained;)...
keep up the good work...

If your bases were gods, I would kill in their name, although I would take no pleasure in it.

Also, I enjoy the Dr. Zoidberg (though the likeness is off) head on top of the Yin-Yang flag. Perhaps a Zoidberg themed ruined base sometime in the future? Something to think about.

I'll second that.

I'm a big fan of how this base came out. Unpainted bases just don't convey the potential, unfortunately. Really like the way this came together, and I could see a whole army on similar style bases would just rule.

Hey Jeff, this set would be right on time for my new and upcoming blood angels chapter.
I have used so many of your models already (santa cruz warhammer) but have never used this set. I would love to try it out.

Aways good stuff Jeff

I really love those bases. Bases have always been my outstanding weak point, by the time I'm done with a miniature, I've run out of inspiration to make a noteworthy base, and it's cost me more than one competition in the past. =P

That's one wonderful paint job!
Love the effects used on the powersword, and as I believe others have mentioned, the base fits perfectly with the model!

I wish i could paint that well.
